How to Activate the Solar Plexus Chakra With the Warrior Dance

The solar plexus chakra is the center that feeds our will and inner strength. It’s like a huge fireball in us that is responsible for boosting our metabolism and controlling our energy.

Our sense of purpose and dynamism depend on it. It is our most direct contact with spirits and their ageless wisdom, the focus of our instinct. However, since this chakra regulates our feeling of assertiveness, it is also very easy to unbalance it.

If our solar chakra is inactive, we lack the energy needed to achieve our goals and this puts us in a constant state of lethargy. On the other hand, with an overactive chakra one focuses only on the domination of others.

It turns out that it is possible to balance this chakra with an ancient dance that was practiced by the warriors.

It includes physical movements with great energy to concentrate and balance our inner energy. A warrior is a person who knows his own strength and is not afraid to defend what is right. That’s what a healthy solar plexus should look like.

This does not mean that a warrior can never be afraid, he just has the courage to face any obstacle. The warrior will remain true to his nature and will not worry about conforming to social cues. The relationship with our solar plexus is very important to fight against new era epidemics like depression.

Solar chakra is closely related to our life force.

The dissipation and regulation of pranic energy in our physical body are controlled by this chakra and this has an impact on everything from vitality to digestion.

The warrior’s dance works by helping to activate the solar chakra, which in turn regulates the Vayus that makes our body work. Inspiration is Prana Vayu and expiration is Apana Vayu. The pause between the two is called Vayu Samana and it regulates just like the absorption of nutrients and it is mainly what is in the solar plexus.

When you try this dance, you will notice the music and nothing else.

Slowly, as you progress, you will become aware of a fire within you but quickly the intensity will be such that you will not be able to do anything about it.

This fire is purifying and detoxifying everything in our body that could harm us. It also acts as a fuel to move us forward and give us the energy and vitality we all desperately need.

If the plexus is balanced, you can more easily handle a large workload and be confident in all areas of your life.

It is necessary to pay attention to the needs of our mind and to keep a balance instead of always chasing after material goals.
