6 Simple Ways to Create a Good Karma in Your Life

Each action generates a force that comes back to us as it has been implemented.
We will reap what we have sown.
When we choose to act to bring happiness and success to others, then the fruits of karma are happiness and success.
~Deepak Chopra

To counteract all this negative energy, we can collectively create better karma so that good things and good people begin to appear in our lives, to increase the vibratory energy of the whole planet. Creating good karma is as easy as doing one’s best to be a better person.

If this still seems unclear to you, try to remember these following tips to create beautiful karma in your life:

1. Practice compassion and kindness.

If you want others to be sympathetic and kind to you, you must give them too. Life works on the practice of giving and receiving, and the more you give, the more you will receive.

Everyone has tough battles to fight on a daily basis, so remember to be kind to them and be sympathetic to their fights. Try to help as many people as you can by spreading goodness, the world always needs kindness.

2. Help people.

Helping others creates good karma because others will be more inclined to help you when needed. A life lived for others is never a wasted life, so use your unique talents to help others in this crazy life.

They will appreciate your help, and you will mark them for a long time. And note, that when you help others, you help yourself as well. If you feel a little empty or lost lately, simply offer your help to someone. Everyone needs a purpose in life and helping people should be part of that goal.

3. Live motivated.

Whatever you do in life, do it fully and set clear intentions for what you want. Do not be afraid to go the extra mile to reach your goals, and also try to help others on your path to flourishing.

Do your best and put your true self in the world, and the universe will send you experiences and people according to your energy.

4. Remember things as a whole.

Although life may look like a series of awful events, uncontrollable at first, remember to look beyond illusions and remember why you are there. We have all come here to heal past karma and become the best version of ourselves, so keep that in mind every day when you wake up.

Will your thoughts and actions of today represent someone who wants good or bad things to happen? You can invite positive events and people into your life by remembering that you come from a place of pure love, and embodying that energy one more time.

5. Meditate.

When all else fails, just go inside to calm your mind. Pay attention to the thoughts in your brain, and make sure they remain positive so that you can continue to attract positivity.

When your thoughts are upset, you are more prone to bad karma because you have not cleared space in your head and your heart for universal energy to flow through. It is important to connect often with your highest self and to clear your head to put the best of you forward in the world and release good energy.

6. Tell the truth

Whenever you tell a lie, even if it’s small, you get into the deception and the hidden agenda of other people. In addition, other people will not trust you so much when they discover that you have lied. The old adage “all truth is good to say” is still relevant, telling the truth allows the people in your life to also tell the truth.

Not only will you attract trusted people into your life, but you will also feel better knowing that you are living an authentic life without having to cover lies with other lies. Lying becomes exhausting after a while anyway, so you can even say that it is better for your health to tell the truth right off the bat.

Karma, to put it simply, means “we harvest what we sow. If you give good energy, it will come back to you directly, and the same goes for negative energy. Many live their lives on autopilot, without knowing that their thoughts influence their reality. Part of the troubles we see in today’s world is a direct result of people’s thoughts. All wars, quarrels, complaints, and general misery begin with a thought realized with action.

This world would need a lot more positive energy, and it all starts with you. You can reflect this energy on others and thus change the world. Stop feeling so weak when you have the whole universe inside you.

As long as karma is a source of evolution – for the Self as for all those it affects – then the fruits of karma will be happiness and success.
