Although anxiety disorder can be an important mental health problem that can affect everyone at any time, some signs of the zodiac would be more likely to have anxious habits than others. Indeed, this may be due in part to their personality traits. This can lead them to focus on the negative aspects of life.
“The energy of some of the signs of the zodiac makes them more affected or more focused on things in life that can cause everyone to feel that anxiety,” says astrologer Molly Cardinal.
These signs give greater importance to the smallest things, and will, therefore, be more likely to experience anxiety.
Here are the three signs of the zodiac that are most likely to have anxiety problems:
1. Cancer (June 21 – July 22)
Cancer is one of the most emotional signs of the zodiac. This is partly because it is ruled by the Moon, which is the planet of our emotions. That’s why Cancer can have strong feelings about little things. This can lead to some anxious habits.
Cardinal recommends “The best way to improve this is to take a moment in stressful situations to find logic and a reason for what is happening.” Making a list of the pros/cons would be a great way to quickly dispel emotions. And find a moment of calm.
By developing a healthier way of channeling concerns, while taking a step back, Cancer will be able to mitigate its feelings of anxiety over time.
2. Virgo (August 23 – September 22)
As a sign led by Mercury, “the Virgo constantly observes the details and seeks perfection,” says Cardinal. And this can lead to anxious habits, such as meticulousness or careful planning, which make the Virgo feel overwhelmed.
“To overcome this perfectionism, the Virgo would do well to give herself the grace to be imperfect,” she said. “We do not have to deal with and fix all the details immediately. ”
In other words, by deliberately slowing down and learning to let go, these people may feel less anxiety.
3. Aquarius (January 20 – February 18)
Cardinal says, “One can attribute the anxiety energy of Aquarius to the fact that he lives in his head.” Instead of moving into the “real world,” he is often dreaming or thinking about the future.
Although it can be great quality, it can also become an obsession. When you spend too much time thinking about something, it can escalate into something that loses its original meaning. And you can begin to distance yourself from the point of view of the situation as a whole.
Cardinal states, “Doing something physical, or perhaps a manual creative effort, gives a break to intellectualization and puts more in the present moment. ”
Thus, these signs may be more subject to anxious thoughts and habits than others. But that does not mean they have to feel it constantly.
And by determining where their anxiety can come from and making a few small changes, they can find relief.
