The possibility of viewing a place you have never visited is called “remote viewing” in parapsychology. The first references to remote viewing date back to ancient Greece, but serious study of this phenomenon began in the 1930s.
However, most of us are aware of the military experiments that were carried out in the 1970s, which became the Stargate project.
Although many studies on remote viewing have been rejected by scientists, there are many examples of individuals who have been able to locate lost objects, describe in detail places they have never visited, and identify the perpetrators of crimes or discover new clues about missing persons using this psi ability.
So, wouldn’t you like to develop your remote viewing skills? Here are 6 steps to get you started!
Table of Contents
1. Find a quiet and calm place.
Remote viewing requires that there be no distraction or disturbance. It takes incredible concentration!
2. Relax.
Use deep breathing or conscious breathing. You should take your time on this step, focusing for at least 5 to 10 minutes on the complete relaxation of your body.
3. Clear your mind.
Often easier said than done, but as new thoughts come to mind, do your best to dismiss.

4. Choose a focal point or location for remote viewing.
It could be a lost item, a location on a map you’ve never been to, a friend’s house you’ve never visited before, you get the idea.
Something or somewhere of which you have no prior knowledge, but which you can validate later by visiting it, looking at a photo of it, or in case of lost objects, by finding it!
5. Write your observations down.
Before you start to validate the information you have received, write it down. Do it in as much detail as possible – include drawings or landmarks you may have seen, or pictures, smells or sounds that came to you.
You may find that some details are correct, but others are not, so it’s important to capture everything on paper so you don’t miss your correct “hits”, especially the more subtle ones.
6. Uphold your conclusions.
Navigate to the location you tried to view, view the Google Earth image, or have a friend photograph it for you. If it is a lost item, repeat the process if you did not find it the first time.
Keep a diary of your initial observations and results. This allows you to track your progress over time. It is only with practice that we improve, so monitoring validation is definitely a key step!
At first, you may find that your results are not as accurate as you might have hoped, but remember that this is a practice, keep repeating the process to improve your results. Once you become more experienced, you should start to see your accuracy increase. Wouldn’t it be great to quickly find your lost keys? Or be surer for visiting a new place?
