How to Release and Heal Your Family Karma

Family karma is something we all have on some level. While some people have more of it than others, we all have it whether we realize it or not. Family karma for those who don’t know is karma built by those who are related to your soul. It comes from generations of the past and continues in the life we are living today.

While it varies whenever we incarnate here in this world, it is something we should all do our best to be as aware of as possible. If you hold onto negative family karma or pay for something from a long time ago, you might not realize it and it could seriously damage your life as it is now.

The only way to really understand this, in a nutshell, is to start working to heal it. Once you’ve done that, everything is apparently on the table and you can work to progress further as you see fit.

Below I’m going to go over some of the best tips for releasing this sort of thing and healing on a deeper level. These tips can and will get you working on these kinds of things, and in the end, may be enough to get you on the right track. Family karma sucks and can really hold us back, we should never ignore it.

 

 

How to release family karma?

First and foremost, you need to be honest with yourself. You have to do a lot of meditation and soul-searching to find out more about what you are facing as a whole. If you notice specific blockages and things of that nature in your chakras and so on, dealing with them first is a good step.

From there, you must cut the karmic ties that no longer serve you. While a lot of people think that these links only represent things and people in your current life, in my experiences, that is not necessarily true. You can also sever karmic ties from past lives and things that hold you back within reason.

If there is a karmic thread between you and someone or something that you have outgrown emotionally or spiritually, you need to make that cut. Once all of this is done, you should start to feel a lot better. It will be like a weight has finally been taken off your chest and honestly, it’s quite liberating for a lot of different reasons.

That being said, you are not entirely finished here. You still need to work to move forward and take steps towards the life you want to live. Once you start doing this, the real healing begins as a whole. I know it might sound like a lot, but it’s actually a lot simpler than it sounds.

From there you can accomplish a lot and start going through life without any karmic family baggage. Transforming the residual energies from all of this is the last step and should be something you are capable of as you continue to take steps towards your own future.
