5 Great Tips for Grounding Yourself and Balancing the Root Chakra

We humans, but also animals, have 7 energy centers called Chakras. One of the most important chakras that we must keep in harmony is the first chakra, called the Root Chakra.

This energy center is located between the genitals and the anus and is responsible for our stability, trust, and security. It is here that sexual energy is located, the most powerful energy that exists.

This chakra also represents our connection with the earth, allowing us to be one with the surroundings.

Below I share with you 5 Great Tips for Grounding Yourself and Balancing the Root Chakra:

 

1. Admit that you need help

By this I mean if you have a certain faith, god, spirit, unified field or an angel as a guide, ask this faith to realign yourself to the Earth and to yourself.

Admitting to yourself that you need assistance is an important key to getting the help you need.

When you feel hopeless because you think or feel you do not exist, you feel unsafe and “detached” from the earth, invoke your love energy to allow realignment of your root chakra.

 

 

2. Use Specific Stones

Some stones are perfect for realigning your root chakra.

Colors like black, brown, but especially red are what you should look for.

There are useful stones like red jasper, smoky quartz, black obsidian, and black tourmaline.

IMPORTANT:  When you get a stone, always remember that it must be purified and loaded. Not all stones follow the same procedure so they are very well informed about how they should be treated.

 

 

3. Eat Organic Food

Organic food is one of the best ways to re-orient yourself to being one with the land around you.

Some root foods like beets, radishes, onions, ginger, garlic, and potatoes are all great foods to help yourself and harmonize your root chakra.

 

 

4. Feel the earth around you

Only the simple walking barefoot in the grass (better) or wherever you are, can send a feeling of warmth, security, union and communion with everything around you.

Even perceiving the air around you, sitting on the ground with the contact of the root chakra to the ground, embracing the trees are all simple and functional practices.

Your root chakra is one of the many ways you can communicate with the Earth, imagine that you are a cell of the Planet. The Earth breathes with you, you breathe with her.

She provides you with food and you take care of her well-being from the inside.

 

 

5. Meditate on Your Root Chakra

Meditation is definitely another very useful method for harmonizing the first chakra.
