Follow This Simple 6-Step Ritual to Recharge Your Spiritual Energy

We all have healing power. When we cut ourselves, our body heals the wound. When we cry, our heart and our mind begin to calm and comfort us. We all have this innate healing capacity in us, we just have to remember that it is there.

Our body is an incredible work of art. As you read this article, hundreds of thousands of processes take place in your body to keep it operational and alive.

An intelligent machine like this needs to be nurtured, cared for and protected, which is why it is essential to have a good diet, to exercise, to breathe fresh air, to stay hydrated and sleep. But we also have this other side that can not be ignored, a spiritual side that must also be nurtured and cared for.

In fact, you can eat all the healthiest foods in the world and exercise every day, but if you have not addressed your spiritual self, you will never be really healthy.

Your spiritual energy emanates from your body and gives you a radiant glow or aura. You may have witnessed this gleam or aura about yourself or others. Maybe you already noticed that it was shining on your face.

This energy must be cared for, nourished and protected as much as your physical body, but very often it is neglected or ignored. Very often, we can not keep pace with our spiritual identity and truly honor our energy side.

This energetic side governs our intuition and it is our internal compass. It helps us feel connected to something bigger than ourselves and helps us make all the decisions in our lives.

If you feel exhausted even if you sleep well, if you find it difficult to find joy even if all is well in your life, it could be because you need to restore this spiritual energy.



Other signs that indicate that you need to restore your spiritual energy:

  1. Feeling uncomfortable or not in your place
  2. A lack of enthusiasm for your life even if you reach your goals
  3. The impression of not having a goal
  4. Want to feel, see and understand life on a deeper level
  5. Feeling constantly stressed or anxious

A powerful way to restore this energy is to send you healing.  Everyone can do it, and here’s how it works:



Step 1:

Find a quiet place where you cannot be disturbed. Lie down or sit on a chair. Close your eyes and take 5 deep breaths. Be sure to inhale deeply from your belly and not just your chest.



Step 2:

Bring your hands to the prayer position and gently press the tips of your fingers and palms. Bring your hands to touch the center of your forehead or third eye, then move them down to touch the center of the heart.

Your forehead and the chest area contain two powerful chakras (the third eye and the heart chakra) and this movement will help activate them.



Step 3:

Now, gently start scrubbing your hands to generate heat. Place your right hand on the center of the heart and your left hand on your belly button. Again, these are powerful chakras that will be recharged in your hands.



Step 4:

Keep your eyes closed, visualize the healing white light that is sent from your hands into your body. See the nourishing light that flows into your body and heals, restores and recharges all your energy centers.

Visualize the light that goes down to the end of your toes and to the top of your head. You can even visualize the white light that radiates from your body and forms a protective glow all around you.



Step 5:

When you feel that you have received enough white light energy, open your eyes and gently shake your hands. Get up and gently shake your body or do light stretching just to circulate your blood.



Step 6:

Drink a large glass of water and be sure to stay hydrated for the rest of the day.

It is a very quick and easy way to send healing energy to your body and help recharge your spiritual energy instantly. For best results, do it every day for a week for at least 15 minutes.
