There comes a time in our lives when we realize that things will never be the same again, and that’s where we start to grow as a person. Sometimes, maturity leads to an endless succession of suffering and injury. But fortunately, pain stimulates maturity and growth.
You may not be aware of it, but there are six signs that you can not go beyond your own boundaries:
1. You no longer enjoy life as before.
If you have trouble being happy, it’s a sign that tells you it’s time to move on. It may be time to reconsider your priorities, goals, and lifestyle. Follow this advice to get through this ordeal and you will come out stronger.
2. You have a little self-destructive behavior.
When you try to deal with your frustrations, anger, and stress, you can sometimes open the door to self-destructive feelings and behaviors.
If you are looking for relief from drugs, alcohol, crazy nights to avoid your problems, it is also a strong sign that the moment is propitious for major changes.
3. Your relationships stagnate.
The way you see your spouse and friends may vary over time. You simply can not perceive them in the same way as before. There was a time when you could confide in them, but now you have a lot of apprehension about them.
This is probably a sign that it’s time to start doing things you love and meet new people.
4. You are not satisfied with the way you spend your free time.
Before you had perhaps the habit of relaxing in front of a good movie to nibble some good dishes, but now it does not say anything. This hobby does not give you any satisfaction and has become somewhat banal.
It may be time to find something deeper to do in your spare time. Choosing a hobby you like can give you more satisfaction in your day-to-day life.
5. You have trouble finding your role in society.
It is a difficult test of life. When you start seeing society as it is, it is an obvious sign that your soul has awakened to another reality. Maybe you should reconsider your place in society and think about what you can do to make things better.
6. You are afraid.
Feelings of apathy/frustration go hand in hand with your fears. Your brain goes into action and sends a long list of no. Why you can not change, the obstacles in your way, it’s too hard, it’s too difficult, it will not work. This is where most people are stuck. Your fears are at the edge of your comfort zone and you have to fight against them to go beyond freedom.
So, if your soul is seeking appeasement, listen to your heart, fight your fears and make your way through the walls that make up your comfort zone. You will never be able to ignore your heart, so it is best to listen to what it says.
