A Lightworker is anyone who dedicates their life to being a bright light in the world. They understand that their actions have the potential to increase the vibration of the planet.
A lightworker is awake, aware that their presence is important, and that they are part of something greater. Lightworkers aren’t just tie-dye wearing hippies and healers with dreads far from it.
They are teachers and chefs, writers and singers, producers and cleaners, mothers, and mediums. They are at the country club and the disco, in the café and the creche, the boardroom and the art room.
Although they are often treated indifferently, they do not give up. They come back with a lot of positivity to offer the world. It is because they know that the world and its people need it most.
Lightworkers are always aligned with the people they are meant to help. It’s where the student calls out for the teacher and the teacher appears. It also happens the other way around. These are the three things you need to keep in mind to become a true lightworker:

1. Do not give up easily:
Life becomes a difficult training ground for a lightworker so that he can be of the highest service to humanity. Many lightworkers have lived a lot of life in a short time.
Their lives are beautifully decorated with loss, sadness, illness, depression, anxiety, and fear so that they can live and teach how to navigate life’s uncertainty and be living proof of what to do next. Lightworkers are the bearers of flame.
They keep the light energy of this planet in balance and came to Earth to help it move to a higher level of consciousness. Lightworkers are souls who have agreed to come to this planet to fulfill this duty. They agreed to carry this flame inside their soul in order to enlighten the world.
Some lightworkers play the role of a spiritual teacher, a psychic or energetic healer, while others do their work with more subtlety. When a lightworker enters the physical world, he often has trouble managing his flame inside. Often, a lightworker forgets his purpose, and his flame is subdued or completely extinguished.

2. Appreciate your energy:
It is through this weak flame that the lightworker embarks on his own healing journey of self-discovery. When their flame is out, the lightworker must live in his own shadows in order to learn to reignite his flame.
All calls are different for lightworkers; however, their ultimate goal is to help people dig through their own shadows in order to find their light.
3. Know your purpose:
Often a Lightworker is responsible for balancing the energy of fear with the energy of love on this planet. They do this by helping others to awaken their inner soul and energy, they also do so by healing others with their words, their empathy, and their hands.
I guess we need these people more than ever because we are all so lost in all the useless things that sometimes we don’t even know how the person sitting next to us feels.
