1. Your mind will not be clear no matter how hard you try.
When we need some kind of healing, it can be difficult for our thoughts to come out properly. Rather than having a clear mind, we have a lot of stress within our beings.
This creates chaos inside and does not allow our inner energies to flow properly.
2. You find yourself adapting “bad habits” to feel better.
If you need healing, there are several things you can consider as a way to cope. While this is not a healthy outlet, it is something that many people find themselves doing.
It could be something as dangerous as addiction or as simple as indulging a little more “snacking” at night before bed. Everyone does it their own way.
3. You feel drained all the time for no apparent reason.
The more exhausted you feel, the more it should be obvious that you need some kind of healing. We don’t go through this stuff for no reason.
